What should I bring/not bring?
You must bring your ticket(s) for the event, either digital or physical, to collect your lanyard. Once you have collected your lanyard, you will need to keep it on you at all times across both days.
If you plan to attend the Saturday After Party, make sure to bring valid ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) that proves you are at least 18 years old.
No outside food or drink is allowed when entering the stadium.
There are food stations where you can purchase food within the venue.
Exceptions can be made; for example, if you have medical or dietary requirements, please check with the venue beforehand, as it’s not guaranteed – security staff at the stadium have the final say.
They can refuse entry with food/drink items or confiscate them when you arrive.
Can I bring water in? Where can I refill my bottle?
You may bring in a clear, empty bottle for water.
There will be Free Water Refill stations dotted around the venue.
Is food provided? If so, are there accommodations for dietary requirements?
Food and Drink will be available to purchase at the event, supplied by the venue.
Any dietary requirements can be discussed with the venue staff.
Is the venue wheelchair accessable?
Yes, there is an elevator just inside the main entrance.
Who can I see if I have a problem or question during the event?
If you have any questions or need assistance during the event, please speak to a member of the SotFest Crew. Our team will be easy to identify by their white “SoTFest Crew” T-Shirts and will be happy to help.

How do I get the SoTFest Superstar in-game title?
There are multiple ways you earn the SoTFest Superstar title during the event. Take part in different activities throughout the event for a chance to make claim to the title.

I have a VIP ticket. Can I collect my VIP goody bag without attending?
Unfortunately, your VIP goody bag is tied directly to your VIP ticket, and the ticket must be scanned in person at SoTFest to collect it.
This is important for safety: if your ticket shows you as “Checked In” but you’re not actually in the venue, staff may waste critical time searching for you during an evacuation or emergency.
Only the ticket holder who is physically present may collect the VIP goody bag.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable; however, there is an option to receive a gift card for the value of your tickets. The gift cards can only be used on SoTFest 2026 tickets.
